Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContainerCloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContainerCloud is a cloud-based inventory management platform that allows users to organise, track, and manage physical items across locations and containers. The Service is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each account must be used by a single person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ContainerCloud. We will not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and backed up daily. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ContainerCloud to store illegal content, violate the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

6. Subscription and Billing

Free plans are provided at no cost with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ContainerCloud is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
